Data deletion
This page explains how to ask Illuminious LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you. It also covers data we receive when you sign in with another account, such as Google, GitHub or Facebook.
What we hold
- Account data: your name, e-mail address, phone number and company name.
- Sign-in data: when you sign in with another account, the name, e-mail address and account id that the provider shares with us.
- Your project files, quotes, orders and messages.
- Payment records: amounts, status and the payment method type. We do not hold full card numbers or bank details.
How to ask
Send an e-mail to info@illuminious.com from the address on your account. Write "Delete my data" in the subject line.
What happens next
- We check the request against your account before we act on it.
- We reply within 30 days.
- We delete your account data and your files. We keep the records that tax, accounting and contract rules require, such as quotes, payments and refunds, for the period those rules set. Our reply tells you which records we keep.
