Shenzhen tour · Dec 6–11
Illuminious is a U.S. NPI engineering company. Twelve services cover boards and assembly, stencils, flexible heaters, PCB layout, mechatronic assemblies, 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal, project initiation, schematic design, and firmware development, all configured online. Engineered in San Francisco. Prototype builds, DFM and mass production in our own factory in Shenzhen. Upload your files, get a free engineering review, and pay only the official quote that review publishes.
Configure it online, or send the job to an engineer. Online, you get a live supplier price, a published tier, or an official quote prepared by a specialist within 24 hours on business days, depending on the service. Engineering review is free either way and comes before you pay.
Verify your email before the persistent configurator opens. Files, drafts, estimates, and payments have a known owner from the start.
Submit the configured cart at no charge. A reviewer prices the scope or opens a documented question, file correction, or production-file approval.
Review publishes an itemized quote with lead time and a validity window. Accepting it opens payment, and the checkout snapshot preserves the inputs, assumptions, and disclosures.
Configure hardware work, upload private source files, get a free engineering review, and keep quotes, price revisions, approvals, production, and support in one authenticated project.
An engineer reviews every order. Engineering review is free and comes before payment. Payment does not authorize production.
Each route uses its own file types, estimating factors, review checklist, and approval gates while keeping the customer account, cart, payment, and project history consistent.
Unsure which route fits? Ask engineering before uploading confidential files.

Each page states the capability bounds, what drives the estimate, and what engineering checks — then opens the configurator with that configuration already selected.

The system preserves the estimate you paid. Engineering changes create a new commercial revision with an explanation, line-item difference, and explicit customer decision.
Yes. The configurator is account-bound, because every price — a live supplier price, a published fixed tier, or an official quote prepared by a specialist within 24 hours on business days — is tied to the files, revisions and assumptions it was built from, and those need an owner from the first upload. If you want to see the shape of the answer before making an account, the sample page shows what each line of a PCB quote covers.
Yes. Submitting a configured cart for review costs nothing, takes no payment method, and holds no deposit. Engineering checks the files, specifications, quantities and options you supplied, and may ask questions or request corrected files before pricing. Free reviews are limited per account over a rolling period so the queue stays usable.
The free engineering review comes first. Depending on the service you see a live supplier price, a published fixed price, or a price from a specialist within 24 hours on business days, and nothing is charged when you submit. After the review we publish an official quote with an itemized total, lead time and a validity window, and that is the amount you are asked to pay. Accepting the official quote opens payment rather than charging you. If a later correction changes scope or price, you see an itemized revision and can approve, question or decline it. We never silently charge an increase.
Start with the service that controls the deliverable — the one whose process decides what you actually receive. A board with a stencil is a board order with the stencil attached; an enclosure with machined inserts is a sheet-metal order. Where the split is genuinely unclear, the outlined path reaches an engineer who will say which route prices it correctly, and that costs nothing either.
Your technical files are stored in private project storage and accessed through short-lived authenticated links. Files, prices, replacements and approvals stay tied to your account and keep their revision history.
