What happens after you send it?

An engineer reads your files and tells you which stage the product is in. For a defined job we publish an official quote with an itemized total, a lead time and a validity window, and payment opens only when you accept it.

Do I need a finished design to contact you?

No. A sketch, a written brief or a dev-kit prototype is enough to start. An engineer then names the next step.

Who signs the contract?

Illuminious LLC, a Wyoming company with a registered agent in Sheridan, signs the contract and takes the payments. The merchant-of-record block on your order repeats these details at payment. Read the NDA guide first.
